NC Dance Festival at GreenHill Gallery

Experience dance in a new setting as the North Carolina Dance Festival partners with GreenHill Center for North Carolina Art for a special gallery performance featuring the premiere of Boreal by choreographer Janice Lancaster on Friday, Oct. 2, at 6:30 p.m. Created in connection with the Terra exhibition, the work brings movement, visual art, and live music into conversation. Featuring live piano alongside Lancaster’s choreography, the performance explores the relationship between movement, sound, and the surrounding artwork in real time.
The evening will also feature dance films by North Carolina artists Robin Gee, Jingqiu J. Guan, and Tamara Williams.
