MGS Resident Ensemble - CR Quartet - with Sip With Sherry!

Join Music for a Great Space for special collaboration of our Resident Ensemble, the CR Quartet, and Sip with Sherry at the African American Atelier!

This evening promises to be all kinds of fun! CR Quartet will perform their mix of jazz standards and original works. Sip with Sherry will provide a wine tasting and painting activity inspired by the music. And the Atelier gallery will showcase the art and culture of African American artists.

This evening has a suggested donation of $20. 100% of donations will benefit the Hairston Middle School Band program. The Hairston Band, under the direction of Rodney Milton, has partnered with MGS for the Chamber Ensemble Residency, and the CR Quartet has been working with the band students weekly since February.

Come enjoy an evening of great music, enjoy a glass of wine, paint to the music if you are inspired, take in the art of the Atelier, and know that all of it is supporting the next generation of musicians and music lovers in our community.
