4-Week Workshop that builds upon each class with a performance at the end.

-Fridays from 9:30am-12:30pm [3 hours each class] DATES: February 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th [performance date].

Step into a warm, supportive space to explore the true stories of your life. In this workshop, participants uncover meaningful memories and themes, and learn simple techniques to shape a story that feels honest, grounded, and uniquely theirs.

This workshop encourages connection, reduces isolation, and gives everyone a chance to be seen and heard. No writing or performance experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to reflect and share.
