COTÉ Artifact Artist Workshop | COHAB.SPACE

Thu, Jan 29, 2026

Join us on Thursday, January 29 from 6pm to 8:30pm for the second COTÉ Artifact workshop, led by Karin Delaisse, principal of COTÉ STUDIO. Enjoy an intimate evening creating your own artifacts.

An artifact, an object made or modified by humans, is really the root of this experience. A COTÉ Artifact pays homage to how long humans have been creating and making things – out of necessity and pleasure. Karin draws inspiration from Paracas, Peru, where her family is from.

Paracas is known for their contributions to the ceramics and textile arts. The abundance of history, creativity and meaning is what this workshop embodies.

Using a mix of recycled materials, come get curious and have fun creating your personal artifact (or two). It’s encouraged to bring personal, meaningful items of your own to use toward your artifact!
