Distressing events can be challenging to work through. Talking openly about trauma can be hard. That’s why we are offering another way to process without words. Art Therapy!

Having a talent for the creative arts isn’t necessary for getting something out of art therapy. The goal is to express yourself and your story with imagery, movement, or another form of creative expression.
