Seduction, betrayal, murder and more! Greensboro Opera brings Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s famous tragicomedy, Don Giovanni, to the stage on October 24, 25, & 27, 2024.

In the heat of the moment, notorious playboy Don Giovanni (aka Don Juan) murders the father of one of his vulnerable conquests. This act will unwittingly unleash an ominous force from beyond the grave that seeks vengeance. Accustomed to escaping unscathed from his infamous actions, he must now face the music as years of cruelty and immoral self-indulgence come due.
Powerhouse baritone Sidney Outlaw, as the ill-fated playboy, headlines a dazzling ensemble of singers that will capture the audience’s attention in a semi-staged concert format.

David Holley, Greensboro Opera’s General and Artistic Director, will conduct what many consider to be the greatest of all operas.
