Dance The Process

In this open level class participants 18+ will experience a contemporary based warm-up and explore movement phrases through using the JOYEMOVEMENT creative process.

Using prompts from poetry, texts and much more participants will find new ways to express themselves through movement and also find inspiration for their own choreographic process.
From beginner to professional all are welcome!
