Mindfulness Creativity Retreat at Art Alliance

Join us for no pressure art, music and tea. It’s the process that matters, and the end results are secondary. Large scale intuitive drawing takes away the pressure of being a “good artist” because it is abstract and personal to the emotional experience of the individual. It promotes positive expression and creative communication with oneself as well as others through the combination of two different art forms; art and music. Soothing refreshments will be provided.
