FREE Program! Location: LeBauer Park, Price Bryan Stage Flamenco Senior Fit is designed for adults of all abilities, 50 years and older. This program is great for those not ready to take on high-impact classes. Through Flamenco, and its simplest movements, work on basic cardio exercise and muscle strengthening.
