Basic Drawing Class

Instructor: Kelly Taylor Cost: $120 TAG members and $140 non-members Wanna learn to draw? It starts with learning to see! In this class, we focus on becoming more perceptive to form, shape, variation of edges, light, and shadow to recreate three-dimensional objects on paper. Great for beginners and intermediate students, this class is for the person who wants to learn and expand upon basic drawing techniques using various forms of charcoal. A different still life set up each week prompts us to work on composition, proportion and perspective. We get into the “sketchbook habit” so by the end of the class you have a small body of work to be proud of.
