Expressive Arts for Healing

Sometimes talking about grief is not enough. Expressive arts offer helping and healing by using the arts as a basis for discovery and change. Expressive arts can help us find the needed resources we hold within and help us grow through our grief. Please join bereavement counselor Kimberly Grove for this two-hour workshop where we will utilize a variety of expressive arts modalities to help us heal & grow.
