PEACE: A Collective Art Exhibition
October 30, 2026 – January 2, 2027
Central Gallery at Revolution Mill | Greensboro, North Carolina
Curated by Felicia L. Reed, International Award-Winning Artist and Curator
Peace is not passive — it is an active, living practice.
PEACE: A Collective Art Exhibition brings together a diverse community of artists whose creative expressions explore peace as a powerful force for healing, unity, resilience, and human connection. Through visual art, textiles, mixed media, and storytelling, this thoughtfully curated exhibition invites audiences to consider how peace begins within ourselves and extends outward into our families, communities, and the world.
Curated by internationally recognized fiber artist Felicia L. Reed, PEACE celebrates the transformative power of art to bridge differences, inspire compassion, and create meaningful dialogue. The exhibition encourages visitors to experience peace not simply as the absence of conflict, but as a conscious commitment to understanding, belonging, solidarity, and collective well-being.
The exhibition opens on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 6–10 p.m., with an engaging reception featuring live jazz, artist conversations, light fare, and a unique Fashion Stroll, where models wearing creations by local designers will move throughout the gallery, bringing wearable art into conversation with the exhibited works. A DJ will continue the evening's celebration beginning at 8 p.m.
Presented at Central Gallery at Revolution Mill, PEACE is more than an exhibition — it is an invitation to experience the arts as a catalyst for connection, reflection, and positive change.
