Craft Club at the GROW studio

Creative Greensboro will welcome visual artist Victoria Mercado-Lues to the Greensboro Residency for Original Works, Aug. 25 through Oct. 2. Throughout her six-week residency, Mercado-Lues will create new work inspired by her coming-of-age experience as a young Mexican-American woman, using cardboard, papier-mache, crochet, fabric, and oil painting.

Join Mercado-Lues for Craft Club on Saturdays at 2-3 p.m. Bring a work-in-progress craft, free draw or doodle, and hang out with fellow creatives.
