Benefit Show for Beloved Asheville
Tickets: $25
Location: 1724 Holbrook Street Greensboro, NC 27403
Join the North Carolina Folk Festival for a special night of music in support of Hurricane Helene disaster relief at GothamGSO 🎶 All proceeds will benefit BeLoved Asheville, an organization doing critical work for the community. We’re honored to have three incredible acts:
🌸 Sasha Masakowski Sextet brings the magic of New Orleans with a tribute to the “Father of Bossa Nova,” Antonio Carlos Jobim. Expect classic tunes like “Girl From Ipanema” and more. Originally set to play in Asheville this evening, they’ve moved this show to Greensboro to support relief efforts.
🌿 Wild Roots, the women-led Appalachian band, bring their powerful voices and soul-stirring harmonies to uplift their home region. We’re grateful for their commitment to social justice and environmental advocacy.
🎸 Ashley Virginia will weave her signature blend of Americana, country cool, and cosmic rock ‘n’ roll, sharing stories of growth, resilience, and community. Her passion for connection shines through every note.
Let’s come together for a beautiful evening of music, solidarity, and support. 💚
