Mindful Free Improvisation

Explore ways to experience heightened creativity and awareness through sessions integrating mindfulness and free improvisation. We'll explore a variety of improvisation and mindfulness exercises and discover how they open a gateway to free musical expression. This session is open to all instruments, both students 10+ wanting to learn improvisation and educators wanting to learn strategies for teaching improvisation!
