Everyone from Stonevill is invited to join us at the Sharon Community Center on Saturday, April 27th, from 11 am to 3 pm, for a unique gathering that promises to unite and uplift through the power of creativity.
What is Happening
Mural Painting: Collaborate with local artists Rashaun Wilson, Mila Cornelius, and Meesha Walker in painting four walls of a captivating mural within the center.
Mosaic Bench Creation: Contribute to a unique community mosaic bench by bringing plates, old ceramics, and household items. Watch as Mila Cornelius transforms these pieces into a beautiful mosaic.
Highlights
Light refreshments and music to keep the vibes cheerful and welcoming. Art-making materials provided for all participants. A fantastic opportunity to engage with the arts and your fellow community members in a meaningful way.
Simple Request
We encourage you to bring unique artifacts from home that you can include in the mosaic bench. Let's create something memorable together!
